Step 1: Choose the Files

When the file selection dialog opens, you can select the files you want to propagate properties to.

Tip: If you wish to select all the files in a folder, open that folder, click the first file, hold the shift key, and do a Ctrl-End. You can also use the control key to do multiple selection or the shift key to select a range. Once selections are highlighted, the “Open” button will add them to your list.

If you then change your mind about some of your file selections, use the “Remove” key to take them off the list one at a time, or the “Remove All” key to clear the list entirely.

After you have completed the list of files that you want to propagate this set of properties to, you are ready to define the properties in Step 2.
